Product performance:
In 2D culture, it supported the rapid expansion of MSC and maintained good cell morphology: in the second passage of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs), the expansion fold of Omni MSC Xeno-free culture kit was 19.86, which was significantly better than that of similar products in the market (Brand A: 11.22; Brand B: 11.59).

Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UMSCs) cultured in the Omni MSC Xeno-free culture kit showed a doubling time of 15-17 hours from P4 to P7. Notably, the doubling time of the P5-P7 passage was about 15 hours, indicating that the Omni MSC xeno-free culture kit could maintain the rapid expansion ability of MSC for a long time.

In the Omni MSC Xeno-free culture kit, the UMSCs cultured to the fifth generation still showed a typical spindle-shaped morphology, indicating that they could effectively maintain a good morphological characteristics and undifferentiated state.

Efficient expansion was maintained in 3D culture: using the Omni MSC Xeno-free culture kit, based on the 3D microcarrier and spinning flask culture process, the UMSCs reached 11.4-fold high expansion level on the 4th day and 16.1-fold total expansion level on the 6th day.

High differentiation potential was maintained: After successive passages in the Omni series medium, MSC still maintained the three-way differentiation potential.

Maintenance of high differentiation potential: The results of flow cytometry analysis showed that the Omni series medium could stably maintain the expression characteristics of MSC surface markers, the positive rates of CD29, CD90 and CD44 were all above 90%, and the positive rates of CD34, CD45 and CD106 were all below 1%.
