Product features:
1.no serum, no animal source, no protein components
2. Rapid serum-free suspension adaptation of adherent MDCK cells
3.MDCK cells proliferated efficiently and were cultured at high density
4.Efficient expansion of influenza virus vaccine
Product advantages:
1. It has been successfully applied to several human influenza vaccine clinical projects and large-scale production of various avian influenza subtypes, significantly reducing customer production costs
2. Advanced cGMP production process to ensure excellent product batch consistency (Cpk≥1.33, RSD<5%)
3. Have ISO13485:2016 and MDSAP double quality system certification, production in line with GMP specifications
4. Provide complete supporting documents to make your application process easier
5. A technical support team with rich project experience can provide comprehensive cell culture technical support and services
Product performance:
Rapid suspension acclimation: Adherent MDCK cells could adapt to suspension culture quickly and grow stably with a doubling time of 18-24 hours. After acclimatization, the suspension cells were full in shape and uniform in size, and grew as single scattered cells without cell clumps.

Before and after domestication

High density culture:
In batch culture, MDCK cells were cultured in serum-free suspension culture, and the living cell density could reach 2.0x107 cells/mL, which was much higher than that of imported brands.

Efficient production of avian influenza virus:
Using SF003 MDCK medium to produce H5, H7 and H9 influenza virus subtypes, HA titers ranged from 29 to 212 HAU/25 μl, and virus titers ranged from 27 to 212 TCID50/mL.

Efficient production of human influenza vaccine:
The HA titer of different subtypes of human influenza virus produced by Xeno-S001 medium reached 29-212 HAU/25μl, and the virus titer reached 28-29 TCID50/mL.
