BioEngine 10th Anniversary Celebration and Entrepreneurs Summit Forum held grandly

On January 17, 2025, BioEngine's 10th anniversary celebration was held at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pujiang. Leaders from the Shanghai Minhang District Government and Lingang Group were on hand, while partners and shareholder representatives from all over the country gathered to express their warm congratulations to BioEngine!

Watering Ceremony of the "Tree of Growth"

Mr. Tan Rui-cong, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Minhang District People's Government, delivered a speech at the ceremony, recognizing BioEngine's active exploration and achievements in the transformation of large-scale serum-free culture technology for animal cells, as well as in supporting and serving the biomedical industry. Shi Juebing, Deputy Chief Economist of Lingang Group and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Lingang Pujiang International Science & Technology City, also emphasized BioEngine's contribution to the development of the biomedical industry in the park.

Dr. Wei-Shou Hu, Distinguished McKnight Professor at the University of Minnesota (USA) and an internationally renowned biochemist, sent his best wishes to BioEngine by remote means. As the first partners of BioEngine, Ms. Hai-Bin Wang, President of BioRay, and Mr. Chaoyang Li, Chairman of Sinder, shared the history of their cooperation with BioEngine and expressed their expectations for further cooperation in the future. Ms. Hai-Bin Wang mentioned that during the past ten years of cooperation, the two parties have worked together to significantly improve the process expression level of antibody drugs and promote the launch of several projects. Mr. Li Chaoyang said that the cooperation with BioEngine has been very successful, and that the two companies have worked together over the past ten years to improve the production efficiency and quality of our products.

The Entrepreneurs Summit Forum was organized around two themes: "The Journey of Entrepreneurship - From Scholar to Entrepreneur" and "Sustainable Development of Biopharmaceutical Companies in the New Economic Situation". Six industry leaders participated in the forum and shared their challenges and experiences in the process of changing roles, as well as discussed the opportunities and challenges of "China's Smart Manufacturing" in the field of biopharmaceuticals and how to prepare for the future development of enterprises. The clash of views provided many useful thoughts for the entrepreneurs on the spot.
